Adagio Health is an organization that provides education, counseling, screenings, obstetrics, and many preventative health care services. Since 1971 Adagio Health has strived to meet the needs of the community, including the uninsured and impoverished. With more than 70 On-Site locations, Adagio’s healthcare network encompasses the entire 23 county region of Western Pennsylvania. Every year, over 300,000 predominately low income Pennsylvanians are provided health related services from Adagio Health and the Alliance of Pennsylvania Councils.
At Fox Learning Systems, we have had the privilege and the pleasure of working alongside Adagio Heath to provide educational videos that extend their message and support system through digital media.
Power Up Eat Right is a video we produced for Adagio Health that highlights their Power Up Eat Right program. The Power Up Eat Right program encourages kids to eat healthy and actively exercise.
Wining With WIC is a video we produced for Adagio Health to provide information on the requirements and resources available for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) nutrition program.
We believe it is very important to have places like Adagio Health for people to turn to for information and support. When a lot of the population lives below the federal poverty line, are overwhelmed financially, and have no private or public health insurance, Adagio Health is there to help. When there is information for men, women, and children that can encourage healthy lives, Adagio Health is there to help. The piece of mind that goes with not having to worry about affording the healthcare costs for you or your family; where care is convenient and low cost. It helps a lot. For individuals who require specialized care at home, SonderCare home healthcare beds can provide a comfortable and supportive way to recover and manage their conditions.
